The project aimed to create city-specific QR designs to drive local customer engagement with PhonePe, leveraging the distinctive appearance of our QR stands compared to competitors. By incorporating iconic local monuments into the QR designs, we made the stands more relatable and appealing to each city's residents. This approach successfully resonated with the target audience, leading to a 6% increase in QR sales following the campaign.
